Who is Trevor?

Hi, I'm Trevor.  I am an accomplished Lifestyle Coach, Personal Trainer and Educator who is passionate about helping people optimise their physical and mental health. My coaching and teaching style is based on implementing gradual habit change through repeatable processes, with the purpose of not just surviving but excelling in all areas of life; the ultimate goals being longevity, physical and mental strength and balance between professional and personal development.

What can I do for you?

I will teach you how to design a healthy lifestyle through a process of habit development and synergy between physical strength, nutrition and resilient mental health. Through tackling one lifestyle challenge at a time we can cement new habits, and overcome old ones, to permanently enhance performance in life, at work and at play.
