Coaching Philosophy

In order to function better as human beings we need to consider our health from four main perspectives; Physical (external), Physical (internal), Mental Health and Spiritual Health (your sense of peace and agency).

 

My coaching and teaching style is based on implementing gradual habit change through repeatable processes, with the purpose of not just surviving but excelling in all areas of life; the ultimate goals being longevity, physical and mental strength and continuous personal development. I place a strong emphasis on building relationships and connecting like-minded people.
